Clift Phillips, owner, worked as an inspector for the State of TN for many years before starting Mid-South Utility Services. Many of the technicians and test administrators have worked for decades in the field and management side of natural gas utilities. |
Established in 2010Clift recognized a need for small utilities to have access to quality manuals, operator qualification testing, and accurate leak & cp survey. He knew these services would need to be customized to meet the size and budget requirements of hometown utilities, master meters, apartment complexes, & fellow contractors.
